Who we are... Heath Town Estate Management Board is an organisation set up to manage the Heath Town estate in Wolverhampton. The Board is made up of tenants who live on the estate and who are elected by the tenants and residents of the estate.
Where we are... Heath Town estate is located approximately one mile to the north east of Wolverhampton city centre. Wolverhampton itself is on the westernmost edge of the West Midlands conurbation, approximately fifteen miles from Birmingham.
Heath Town as it exists today consists of just around 1160 dwellings of which around 500 are high rise flats, 600 low rise flats and maisonettes and just under a hundred are houses.
What we do... Although Heath Town estate is still owned by Wolverhampton City Council and tenants of the estate remain local authority tenants, management of the estate was devolved to the Estate Management Board by the Council in 1996.
What we can offer... We have a number of properties available for rent. See our
Accommodation to Rent Page. These include one and two bedroom high rise flats, one bedroom low rise flats and three bedroom maisonettes. Rents range between around £45 to £80 per week including heating and hot water.
